Book Cover for post-apocalyptic eBook

I need cover art for a post-apocalyptic genre serial being published as a eBook on Kindle. I have very specific vision for the cover which will require photo-manipulation or photo-realistic illustration. Deadline is 7 days from acceptance of job. Full credit will be given to the designer in the book, including links to portfolio page is so desired, but copyright must be signed over to me for future use. Image must look good in both black and white (Kindle) and color (iPad, Amazon, etc.). My basic vision is an aerial view of an apartment block surrounded by a sea of zombies with some additional layer effects like smoke, burning cars, etc., color-enhanced to give the scene a dark, gritty look. Attached is a high level view from Google Maps of the type of apartment block/complex I'm talking about.
