Hi, I am interested in doing this job. I have a good experience of flash/HTML5 animations as well as 3d animation, and a good hold on Adobe Creative Suite 6 and 3Ds Max. I have designed more than 1000 flash banners over the past 3 years and all of these were Google Adword compatible. So I can call myself FLASH BANNER EXPERT :). Because of this experience I know exactly what are the requirements of the ad servers and how to make an attractive flash banner for the visitors to click on.
