Animate 8 Banners into Flash

I have some digital banners done up in Photoshop format and I need someone to create animated Flash banners from them. The layered PSD files will be provided. These are for promoting Christmas products. The specifications are: - File size 150kb or less - Animation length must be 30 seconds or shorter - Animations can be looped, but the animations must stop after 30 seconds - Flash ads must be 24 fps or slower - Must work on Adobe Flash Player versions 4 through 10.1 For the animation sequence, it will be: 1) Animate in the product 2) Animate in the logo 3) Animate in text 4) Animate in the "View Catalogue" button and a cartoon character 5) Add some sparkles/snow on the food after this. Please send me some of your previous work for reference, particularly flash banners, for consideration. The freelancer will need to deliver the first animated banner within 1 day, and all 8 to be completed within 3 days upon award. Please only take up this project if you are confident of meeting the deadlines.
