Alter some Images

After a bunch of images for a kids android/ios app. The theme is young kids and is for kids with learning disabilities. It is a color picking game, so it will display 3 random colors of a image and the child will select the one that is the color asked for. The game is already coded, but need images to go with it. You can get a idea of the themes from our other apps: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] They will consist of the following: 2 background images, 800px x 480px in a kids theme 4 images at 160px by 160px of, a balloon, star, square and circle each of the 4 images should also come in 10 different colors, so make them easy to change colors. Just to make that clear: [ 4 different image,each in 10 different colors.] app icon, 512px by 512px We are also looking for a competent designer, as our next app in development requires a lot more design work, so preference will be given for next project of this one is done well, and you understand the theme we are looking for. This is also small budget, so please don't bid too high or Ill have to ignore those bids.
