Add Color / background to House sketch Elevations / Floorplans

This project will start off with one simple request. If done correctly, timely, and on budget (or under) there is opportunity to get 50+ more projects of the same nature. SCOPE: I need a person or team to handle this project timely and with good care. I will rely on your best practices to make sure the assignment is done properly. Attached is a finished example and an unfinished "to be completed" project. 1.) Take black and white copy (See attachment titled Plymouth - first image only - not all of them) and add color, and background to make home look OUTSTANDING! 2.) supply me with final format in a web ready file and a print ready file (print ready must be 8.5 x 11). The idea is to give LIFE to the black/white house and make it look SEXY and SELL! You are free to make it look how you want with colors, but I will have final say on it and if I need to to alter the color scheme, so be it. **You must answer this simple math equation to be considered for this project: 20+11-9=?** I need trustworthy, reliable, people that I can work with on many future projects. I also need frequent communication (skype) until project is done. Think you got what it takes?
