This is a complete revision of the work I have already done.

The design should be unique, artistic, and contemporary. I have on going performances, so on one hand I do not want the job rushed to where the quality is not good, but on the other hand as soon as the design is finished I can began recovering my costs in getting this job done.
## Deliverables
1. The design should be artistic and creative. The adverage person should want to pick up the CD and stare at it just by seeing the art itself.
2. The text and images should be vsible and clear. All the spelling should be correct. My web page and copyright information should clearly posted on the CD and Jewel case covers.
3. I will need 3 versions of the final work: Thumbnail, Poster Size (11" by 17"), and CD size. The final files should be in jpeg. I also will need all the photoshop files so if I need to change the text on the CD cover I can easily do it.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
