Upgrade a Existing Word Press Website "Micro Job Website''

Hi We need a team to take an existing website we have and change the complete look and feel and make some changes the website is word press and it is an micro job website. We have two weeks to complete all we will supply the graphics the team must convert all to HTLM the team will work on our servers. We will supply all the document and the main designs the team must try and blend our new look and feel to the rest of the website below is the list we need done. PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCED FREELANCERS ONLY... 1. Change complete website look and feel (We will supply most designs the team coding must just follow it through the so the rest of the website look and feel is our company brand colors etc..So we will supply the main designs coders must change it to HTML files) 2. We will send a link of an website we like that is wide screen so we want to follow an more and less layout so not copy them so we will share this to the winning bidder. 3. Change existing currency on the website 4. Make user accounts more friendly we will share a sample website we like so its just changing the overall look in users accounts and possibly ad a few functions. 5. Adding all our docs like Terms of Use Privacy Policy etc. written and supplied by us. 6. Ad a video streamer to services for sale we will supply a link to a sample website we like. 7. Make admin side pull reports, profit report, payout report etc a full financial reporting system added. 8. Lock down our payment gate ways so it cannot be accessed or changed without a password inserted. 9. Change the word service gigs to slots 10. Ad a news letter so we can send it out automatically to all registered users we will share a design we like as to our news letter.. 11. Need to fix our SSL on the website so its= shows green 12. need to ad coming soon pages as we will in a later stage ad a store and also different things we will ad on a later stage we will supply the coming soon pages designs for footer links. 13. Website is word press we do not want our users to see word press any where so we need to hide all word press details. 14. We need to make it that users receive a welcome email when registering and must confirm by selecting an link to then me authenticated, we will supply the welcome letter. 15. we need to have it when users email each other the website notifies them someone left them a message. 16. Stress test the website to make sure it can handle volumes. IT THE TEAM DOES WELL WE WILL ONLY USE THIS TEAM FOR OUR MAIN SUPPORT AND OUR DEV TEAM SO WE ARE LOOKING AT LONG TERM PARTNERSHIP.. WE WILL PAY THE FULL PROJECT COST ON A MILE STONE BUT WE WILL NOT RELEASE ANY MILE STONES UNTIL YOU ARE FINISHED!
