Please read carefully, the project is very small & straight forward to point. I want a kind of plugin/framework/Interface which I could install on any web host for any website that will cause any website to make itself the default webpage without asking the user permission as soon as the user visits it. The plugin/framework/Interface should work for all web browsers including safari and should work for every web page where ever it's installed & activated.
