Create homepage for website

Project Description: Please bid only if you have css, php skillset!! Need to revamp my website homepage and convert it like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] framework is already up and running. its a small website with 15 tables and built over php, smarty template, bootstrap Detailed Requirement: 1) Homepage Design - Need a custom homepage will will replace current homepage. This needs to be exactly like [login to view URL] in look and feel. Overall just need to write few select queries in php and copy css from [login to view URL] Should be a responsive layout 2) Integrate new homepage with current website which is on bootstrap and smarty. 3.) Modify the css of website to give a professional look Note: Need this done quickly as its a small project.
