I need a website that looks like the following:

The website will consist of
1. homepage (the page only page with animated effect like the website attached)
2. about us (will have rotating banner effect)
3. shop listing page with category filtering
4. shop detail page
5. Contact us page with google map and contact form
Please give 2 quotations responsive without backend and another for responsive with wordpress backend.
Please note no downpayment will be provided. Payment will only be made upon completion on developer server, of which 50% will be made, remaining 50% will be paid upon successful uploading to my server.
