Web design & development for a Business Broking & Franchise Management company.

There should be at least 3 account levels:
1. Admin
2. Franchisor
3. Investor (Franchisee)
Admin should be able to manage all the content of home page.
No business should be listed without admin approval, but business owners and investor should be able to signup themselves by filling-up registration form with all the details (get idea from suggested websites)
Business categories should be shown in home page (I like categories from: [login to view URL]) However, admin should also be able to manage categories etc.)
You can use place-holder graphics in your design (we'll do the actual banner designing later from the admin panel.)
Apart from this, there'll be a News and Events section + Client testimony section (Admin should be able to add/edit/delete all of this)
Database functions can be added too (backup, restore)
