I have a couple of changes, which I would like to have implemented on the following website:

the changes are the following:
-put the footer on the very bottom of the page
-add a countdown
-add 3 radio buttons on date field nr 2
-fix javascript error on date field
-add 3 radiobuttons on email field nr 3
-prevent user to type in field 3 and 4 the same email address
-clean up code whenever possible
-integrate mail chimp merge tags
-define new h2 title for all pages except home
-get rid off touch slide motion on mobile version
-remove autocomplete from textfields
