Build a Website

We urgently require a simple PHP website for allowing us to manage different sports clubs. The sports clubs purchase insurance from us for each of their members. This platform will allow the sports clubs to acquire insurance for a new member (and provide him/her with a PDF certificate) and for us to calculate how much is owed to us by each club. It’s fairly straightforward: The site administrator creates user accounts for the different sports clubs which can then log in to an administration console. The sports clubs then log into the console where they can perform several tasks: 1. Create a new club member (date of birth, address, telephone, membership type, etc…) 2. Modify an existing member 3. Generate a PDF membership certificate for a member (based on their info) The site administrator should have access to a few more features in the administration console: 1. View all members 2. View all members by club 3. View amount due by club* 4. View total amount due by all clubs 5. Record a payment (record a partial or total payment for a club) 6. Modify membership types (description, price) *The amount owed by a club is based on the number of members and the membership type. Scheduled to start immediately. Please place your bids ASAP.
