In the name of Allah Previously we are going to present this project on your front. This time we created the database for Golden medical lab. Especially I created the four pages, which I am going to tell u these names. Login, logout, reception, and signup one thing I would like to mention that here we do not need to signup page. However, for practicing and making page for it and my view this is not requiring. First, I want to start from signup page, here I am using insert query .first I am getting data from textboxes by method of form. Then in query, I mentioned the field and entering data from textbox, which will be define in the variables. First, I used the select query to matching the username and password for that. If someone has one username and password, it will be protect. That user from multiple record or sign upping. Whether he or she does not have the user and password in this database. Then coming for him welcome page. In addition, there I used the select query and just taken the user name and next to his or her name there is login for logging to the database. Which he before registered her or his self. then starting login page if he or she doesn’t have the account here we won’t give the permission for him to enter the database and seeing data if his or her username and password is not correct then I used the alert command in php and wrote there invalid username and password if we say in simple language a type we protected someone, if he or she password and username is corrected then he or she can entering to database these all protection provide the session and structer statement, and after this the reception page will coming to screen, in this page is divide to tow part one is entering data and showing data in the same page before I mentioned that we use insert query for entering for records and we use select query for take or show data from mysql database, part of entering record is name,refferd by,age,address,gender,selection of test, time and date ,and simple calculation which we used the JavaScript language for this calculation and also for test. In the behalf of the page, we wished to show the important data of patient like id, name, refferd, test, price, and delete for action if patient does not want to test himself then delete the record this was the reception page. For facility of user to see the information of patient, we just linked that page in two places one is in menu and other at the end of page. This shows the simple record of one person from this place we can print the record for patient and ending the reception part. We used the search also for the patient by id and name and referred by.
