I need the development of a very basic project. Requirements Admin Locked admin interface to login. The ability to upload an excel / csv spreadsheet into a db. To view, edit and delete all records uploaded. And to export all records back into a spreadsheet The import and export spreadsheet my be identical in terms of columns. Front end Secure front end with a unqiue username and password per person generated when the record is uploaded for the first time only Interface to view and edit profile and save their profile.
