Build a Website with MP3 Player capabilities

PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY I do not want to disclose much of this project publically as far as in-depth details. Whomever wins the bid will be required to sign a Non-disclosure. The basics of the project are: Someone good with programming an on line application Build a simple website, professional looking (I will assist in ideas for design) An MP3 player/recorder built into the website people need to be able to upload MP3s to the site The MP3 player needs to be able to record the MP3 player will need to be able to having timing mechanisms on it There will be other functionality disclosed once the bid is won. The website this is on will need to look professional and have Paypal/Credit card purchase options. This product when finished, will be marketed by myself and sold. As i will be funding this out of my pocket the bid must be within my price range. If the individual is willing to invest in their own work meaning any shortfall in salary would be made up with a portion of the profits. I will NOT provide the second half of Milestones until this site and functionality are 100 percent functional. I've had too many issues with past projects. Again, ensure you read the entire posting.
