Hi, I need to modify my existing homepage and design a custom one. - More than half of the design is already completed need someone to finish the design (must be a css expert as there are couple of alignment issues) - Need some additional functionality as detailed in attached document Note - 1. Application is build with php smarty templates. 2. You will have to finish homepage design in one day to prove your [login to view URL] after that we will award you the complete project. 3. We are looking for long term association as there are number of development activity planned after this. 4. Not looking to spend heavy budget on this one, this will be a poc kind of assignment. If delivered with quality, will provide ongoing work.
