Build a Website for our hosting company

Looking for Website Designer for designing our website. Unique design without using any of the ready made templates. I am looking for a complete design of our whole website and not page by page. I need Ajax based reflexes wherever possible and company projection with soothing effect. Payment will be through milestones as below only: 0% - initial 25% - first copy draft with layouts design and structure. 25% - second copy with contents and images 50% - upon completion and delivery of all files etc. No need to hide anything out there! Timeline - within a week would be great! If you accept above thing, then only bid, this is for a corporate and do oblige the requirement correctly. We assume you have read the conditions and requirement and then have bid for this project. We also assume that you are ready to accept any changes we ask for in the middle incase something doesnt work out. We need regular updates atleast one or two days everytime. Skype or GTalk is must.
