Build a Website for a KungFu School with a small store

My client need a KungFu site to promote his classes, and small in-house store sales items of several dozens. It need to be on a osCmax, which is nothing more than a osCommerce plus some pre-installed add-ons. At least 4 pages are information pages. plus a store and a Contact Us page. There are text and images to explain the KungFu, and a build in store of 50+ items. Easy paypal, and manual shipping. Bilingual with English and Chinese, where Chinese will be provided with English matching tags. USD one currency only. Standard membership sign in, 1 customization: Each paid class student will receive a certain amount of the token, say you pay $100 for 13 tokens and each token is for 1 lesson. The token has an expiration date associated with it. Every time the student sign in a class before the class begin, that will use a token. You can come up with better idea to implement this concept.
