Build a Website in both Mobile AND Desktop versions

We'd like a website developed for our product. There will be a custom landing/home page and several other pages that can be similar in template, just still different from the home page. 1 or 2 pages will be informational, the other pages will highlight one product each and link to a shopping cart.
