Build a Website (Cocuklarlahaftasonu.com)

We would like to replicate our existing website into a more professional version. The website is [login to view URL] It's a portal for parents with kids which delivers content/recommendations on venues (e.g. restaurants, museums, theaters, etc) and activities (e.g. workshops, exhibitions, shows, picnics, etc) Requirements in a nutshell : 1. the look&feel and the menu structure will be as it is today (please check the given website) 2. each entry is classified with a "category" (e.g. restaurant, activity, theater, etc..) 3. each entry has multiple attributes which should be customizable (e.g. opening times, suitable ages, geo-coordinates, prices, etc). We will provide the full list once we agree 4. there should be an admin screen for data entry (i.e. the venues/activities). Based on the parameters entered, the new entry should be displayed under the right menu, and in the given order/sequence 5. the admin screen should allow delete/modify/archive etc options 6. each entry should have rating and comments sections, to be entered by visitors/members 7. should support social media e.g. login with facebook, recommend to facebook friends, share on facebook/twitter etc 8. users should be able to filter, sort and search for entries 9. admin should be able to add new menus, pages dynamically please revert back for questions Thank you in advance
