Design a web portal for the following purpose of searching a database to determine if 10 digit phone number matches any phone record in the database and to send back such result within seconds of searching, indicating if there is a match or not. The portal should allow to upload a CV Delimited or text file and match and remove any number from that file that matches a number within the webportal’s database and produces the results of unmatching phone numbers.
• Must be able to create Multiple Unique User login to access webportal.
• Login Page: Unique User ID and Password Field.
• Once authorized User Name and Password is entered, user should view a page that provides a single phone number search field that allows 10 digit character only.
• Load 10 Digit Telephone numbers by State.
