Build a Website - Add Posts and Setup Theme

I need someone to setup a theme, add 100 posts, pictures, and setup video flowplayer on each page. I will provide you the video, which needs to be edited off each page. I then need the full requirements of my document setup this is not complex work, I need someone who can work in a fast paced environment and who can knock this site off within 12 hours.
