I require a web site and application developed to allow users to upload and manage a spreadsheet of items and allow them to be grouped and sorted and actions which ultimately translate to HTML redirect file generation and edits.
The web site also emails suppliers and installers and provides a faculity for them to respond with quotes and lead time dates.
The specification for how the application should work is provided in the attached file, the development approach I would like to apply is:
Develop key fucntions and PoC
Review and update
agree key functions
decide look and feel
build
test
handover and document
I would like to complete within 3 weeks.
The final result needs to be reliable, clean and polished, there are few pages and there is some simple functionality.
