Build a Photographers Community Website

Looking For a Experienced Freelance PHP Developer to work with me for long term. I am Graphic designer with good design skills and i am looking for expert PHP Developer to work for me in current and future projects. Here is the Details of the Current Project (This is for my own Website): 1. I already own a Photographic Blog in WordPress 2. I need to get this blog converted to photographers community site which includes: Member section, Profile, Gallery, Forum and affiliate store. Also, need to retain the existing blog. 3. Design already done for some pages which will be shared with the shortlisted bidders 4. Responsive theme is must and should be validated with current standards. 5. I will provide you the designs in PSD format While Bidding start with "Photographic Blog" so, i know you had taken time to read through my descriptions.
