Build a ONLINE video chat like online meeting i need to build small website it is like video chat and recording we will have our man will view main chat he will see all available user and see text from online user and he can choose how will talk online when he chosse someone to talk we will open chat to him another user will see him and all user can see 3 camera his pic video 1-our man 2- his pic -3 who speech online we need filter for admin admin will be see all happen before come to our man and he can block and remove text or camera we need record all this .
