Build a CMS Membership website with Payment Gateway

I need a membership website that is CMS so i can make minor changes myself which can process paypal payments. The website is for sporting sponsorship. The pages/functions i require are: - Home page - About Us page - Getting Sponsored page - Contact Us page - Privacy Policy page There needs to be a JOIN NOW page which has a form which must be complete which has: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Sport (which has a drop down of approx 20 sports), Upload Images, Upload Video, What Are you After, What Can You Offer, Do you have a Sponsorship Proposal (a tick box Yes/No with a hint (to be provided)? A cart/payment gateway needs to process a payment from this. There needs to be a LOGIN function so above details can be edited. On the HOME page - there must be a function to: (1) "Browse Members" with a search function to browse "Recently Added", "Recently Viewed" and "Most Viewed" members (2) Find a Sponsor (3) Find a Sponsorship Opportunity (4) Crowdfunding Sponsorship This is a brief outline of what is required - more information will be provided to the shortlisted bidders. The winning bidder will design the logo for the company also and provide all graphics etc for the website design.
