Build a Asp.net or Php website to consume Webservice

I want developer to create a client tool for website [login to view URL] Your task:- Create a simple website in Asp.net or Php which consume the webservice provided by Germanrugs.com. You need to create a website or a tool for our suppliers where they can maintain(publish, create, update, delete) there product to our website. The following functions should covered:- 1) Add, Delete, Modify there products 2) Upload pictures and maintain them. 3) Should be easily deployable. Should provide complete process how to install, if client want to install it on there server or website. 4) Section which inform customer about if any update is available for this tool and detail about improvement. 5) Good Layout. 6) All messages, label should come from xml file, so we can have multilanguage support. 7) If possible have Drag & Drop feature for uploading files. What we provide: 1) An SOAP or Rest webservice with all functions to do it. It should not be difficult work, as we provide all function in our webservice to do all above task. You just need to use them. Planning to allot this work at the end of next week (12-07-2014).
