Blog making site

I need to make blog building platform. So the users can make their own blogs in few clicks. Homepage need to be made similar like on [login to view URL] site with 4 scrolling pages. I will give the text for it. 1. When user chose username it will be automatically their blog name and subdomain of main site. (My domain is [login to view URL], so as example their blog will be music. [login to view URL]) 2. Platform will be built in 2 parts. One is the simply part like [login to view URL] where users can see recent posts with simply look. Other part is part with template that user chose. Making the blog should be like this: User can chose to post image, link, audio, video in combination with text. Drag n drop option should be available and thumbnail for posting the links. Next step is to choose category of post (same as on craigslist) and theme for his blog. Meta tag or h1 for post, and alt tag for picture (optional). The main template can look like this one [login to view URL] Main template should have these options: 1. Adsense (primary my code and user to have option to change it to his code from user control panel. 2. Advertising banner space 250X250 and 468X60 at bottom. This is the part for advertisers. They can buy banner impressions and chose 1-3 categories where they want to promote. So as example if they selling dog training book they can advertize only on animal blogs. Advertiser need to have option to choose geo targeting location. 3. Calendar (for recent posts) 4. Recent post 5. Most read 6. Meta tag keywords or h1 for blog, alt tag for picture post (optional when posting) 7. Social share buttons (to share post) 8. Auto responder code (from user control panel) 9. Discus for comments below each post. 10. Language translation 11. To be responsive In user control panel need to have this options: 1. Change of header picture 2. Option to add own ad sense code to his blog 3. Category 4. Meta tag keywords 5. Option to delete posts 6. Auto responder code I have tumblr script copy (rumblr) so maybe you can use some codes from it. Anyway because we are changing lots of options and design, maybe it’s easier to build site from scratch. I am open for all suggestions that will make site better. Paying with 3 milestones.
