Adobe Livecycle Order form

I have the basics of an order form in Adobe Livecycle format. Need someone who can: 1. Add appropriate editing for fields 2. Provide ability for the order line height to expand when text exceeds row height 3. Ability to add additional order lines as needed (and flow form on to a second page). 4. Provide and other recommendations for improving look and usability.
