A graphic design

Hi, I would like a graphic designed using the logo I have attached in the zip. The style of the image must be exactly the same as the two examples I have included in the zip. Basically, I want exactly the same design replicated using the logo I have attached. Here's a sample of one of the example images, taken from a British TV channel: <[login to view URL]> The design I want is basically a £D version of the logo I've attached repeated across the image to give the impression they are spinning around - have a look at the sample. Where the logo is in the background, I'd like my logo to be the same. I don't want the logo displayed in the box - I only want the background design, with the spinning logos and gradient/textured background. Purple is used in the samples however I want blue to be used (Pantone 300) instead of purple. I hope I have explained myself. If you can supply a quick sample to show how you have understood my requirements, I will accept your bid and much larger design works will follow. The exact dimensions of the image are to be confirmed - I will inform the winning bidder of these. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
