Design logo

Part 1: I need a logo designed. I am looking for something simple, clean and profesional looking. The logo must be a vector logo (preferably an illustrator file), so it can be scaled without problems. I will need at least 4 logo mockups, out of those 4 (or more), we will pick one. We will likely request changes to the logo, so keep in mind it won't be immidiately right. Please provide sample work. I will not consider designers who cannot show me a strong portfolio of previous work. Part2: I need a website design for a website. I am looking for something clean and profesional. The design must be unique. I am NOT looking for a template. We want a seperate design for the homepage. This part will use Flash. Once the user clicks trough, the rest of the site will be HTML (maybe with a flash slideshow in the header). I don't need the Flash created, I just need the graphic design. If you can convert this design into a html version using CSS, please let me know how much that would cost extra. Offcourse I will show examples of the style we are after and give more details once we have selected a designer. Happy bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows
