Design logo set for iptv forum site

I need two logos designed for http://www.connectedtvforum.com. Please refer to the site's theme as your logo will be expected to match it. I would like a simple graphic and the site name incorporated into the logo. The first will be a 300x150 logo. The second logo will be a square logo 150x150 that I can put on other marketing materials.
