Design me a logo for [login to view URL]

I am a member of a Japanese car club called [url removed, login to view] and am looking for someone to design me a new logo
The idea I've had is to have:
OUTLAW in big bold letters on the top line. With the O being a red circle (like the japanese logo) and the rest of the letters white with a 'rising sun' effect on them like this: [url removed, login to view]
Then below the big outlaw text have '[url removed, login to view]' or maybe '[url removed, login to view]'
This should be a very simple project for someone. Final version should be delivered as a vector file that can be scaled lossless.
