Design a Logo

Just need a very simple step and repeat design made. I have attached the type of design I am talking about. I want the design to say "Gerber & Harsh" and then the date "July 04, 2014" under the names. and then their Initials G&H. The backdrop will be black and the names and date will be in white, the initials in sky blue...just like the sample uploaded picture. There is no logo design needed just there names written so this is a very simple project. This will be going on an 8 foot by 8 foot step and repeat banner. I also need this designed real fast and TODAY if possible as this is for an event on July 4th and we have to get the hammer made. Thanks
