Design a Logo & 35 icons

Hi, We are working on a project from 2 years and it is almost on completion. We need a logo for web presence. The logo must also be usable in mobile app(either full logo or a shorter version just like facebook). We also need 30-35 icons for our web and mobile app. Same icons are to be used on web as well as mobile app. This project will be a big launch. I donot want to use any kind of stuff for logo and icons which is available on internet. It should be a purely new and unique creation. So I need a perfect Illustrator artist who can sketch with imagination. I will escrow the whole amount after seeing the first draft and will pay in milestones.
