Disruptive innovation within the primary agricultural supply chain. My company offers a web based ecommerce platform that will create a centralised market place to connect meat processors / abattoir's for beef, lamb, pork etc with exporters.
Think ebay for primary meat between processor and exporters. ALL processors and ALL exporters will be able to get on the platform to allow full transparency and a true market place to give ALL providers a voice and visibility this will ensure fair and true price representation. Today the exporters source from a handfull of processors, this platform will allow ALL market participants to interact in one place!
The buyers and seller have the ability to post their produce and price and either side has the ability to search via specified criteria (drop down box) and fill orders.
The company name is PrimeXConnect. I'm looking to automate or connect primary animal based protein providers with exporters. This is a born global. It is NOT just Australia, the model is applicable to all markets globally.
