Design a Banner

I work at a premiere health provider in Maryland. A colleague and I have come up with a new case-filing system that will streamline all efforts to organize, store, and retrieve case files in a proper manner. If this is presented to the entire division, we need a graphic design and logo that will match with our project. The colors need to be blue and grey to coordinate with our companies logo. I am open to color if it coordinates with the following idea: A logo that can visually show unity, organization, safety, teamwork and/or compliance is what we are going for. We use large filing cabinets for this, so anything that signifies a unified office space. Attachments may help
