Create and install a custom design for my osDATE website

I'm looking for a talented designer to create and install a custom skin/design for my modified osDATE website. The mods made the website into a job hunting networking website and not a dating website. I'm looking for something that is somewhat minimalistic but has to do with the following themes: (a) Robin Hood; (b) Employment/Job seeking. Please only bid if you have had experience building and installing osDATE templates/skins or you are ABSOLUTELY confident you know how to do it and can post at least one example of a website you have designed. You will also be asked to create a logo for the website under those themes. Thanks! Gil
