I am an experienced UK-based designer, having previously worked for several year's in an Agency as artworker/Desktop Publisher. I have extensive experience of Adobe Acrobat, having used the full app since version 4.0. I know you can automate some form layouts but it's not exact and often requires a lot of editing to get it right. The form can be made to do simple calculations too. I will create professional, top quality, forms for you. My Fee is competitive is is quoted for each form. I'm happy to adjust my quote for simple forms and may need to bill in multiples for complex forms e.g. $60, $90, $120 depending on complexity. Most forms would fit the $30 price-range. I have SKYPE, broadband, webcam/microphone, email plus landline and mobile phones so, communication should not be an issue. As a freelancer, I do not work 9-5 office hours, but well in to most evenings and weekends. I specialise in design for print and am also skilled in digital design.
