Classifieds site required

Hi We are looking to develop a National Classifieds site that will be based upon products and area searches(similar to craiglists). This site should have a very attractive design and would be free unless users would want to add pictures to their advertisements. To control commercial advertising on the site users should have to register before being allowed to place advertisements. We would also like to have banner ads throughout the site that would need to be paid for. Also a mailing list to notify users if something they subscribed for or are interested in comes onto the site. We will require a full functional spec from you and a viewing of your previous works when you bid for this project. Timeline is 2 weeks from project acceptance. Thanks
