Charitable Cause Logo

We are looking for a logo for a charitable group that we are starting for our company, our company is focused on the sport of running and are looking for a logo that is complimentary for the sport. What we would like to obtain is a logo that looked as follows: Small child, standing beside a dog (golden retriever/ labrador type dog) sitting down and a cat sitting down. The child is wearing running shoes and gym clothes, the dog has running shoes on his front paws and the cat is wearing running shoes on their paws. Above the figures should read the word "Tribal" and below them should read the word "Giving" it would be nice to have the words arched. Final format in a jpeg, gif and png with photoshop psd file.
