Change Handwritten Logo to Vector Graphics Logo

I have a hand written logo that I would like to use for my website as well as on business cards and stationary. Must use Vector to create the logo. The logo was handwritten PERFECTLY and I do not want that to be altered however I would like to clean up the surrounding areas of the logo like the marker stains/dots/smudges/lines as well as some writing that is to the left (see attachment) of the logo that are not part of the logo. This should be a quick and easy job and should take no longer than 24-48 hours.
