Business Logo Refresh

We have an existing logo, however, we would like it revamped to be more 3D, fresh, and polished.
Our current logo is looking a little bit 2D and tired, so we would like a new one designed based on the old logo (please see attached).
We need our logo/mascot to look the same (but refreshed), as it is recognisable to our industry and clients, however we would not mind the font to be changed.
Our slogan is "THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR YOUR DJ NEEDS", and should be incorporated in the logo. We would also like a version of the logo that does not include our slogan, and another version that does not include the business name.
The logo should be able to be seen on a dark background, and colours should be used.
We would like all file formats of the logo, (including vector).
