App Icon and Logo for Mobile Game

Our iOS app is a trivia game about sex and love. (See attached screenshots). We need both an app icon and a logo for our game. The logo will just be a cute version of a 6-letter word, the name of the app, (which we will provide upon acceptance)
Here are the things we are looking for:
1) 3 designs to choose from (three sets of matching app icon and logo)
2) AI (Adobe Illustrator) files for the app icon and logo
3) We like flat graphics style.
App icon is for iOS and needs to be 1024 x 1024. (We will resize things ourselves for different iOS devices.) The logo can be any size bigger than 1024 x 1024.
