Design of a 100 ml wine bottle

We need a first design study of a PET wine bottle of 100ml. The body diameter must be at least 40mm, the hight of the bottle should be at least 135mm. The bottle neck diameter is 22mm. What needs to be done is downsizing of an existing wine bottle to 100ml We need a file format from which we can print a 3D model Additional Information (drawings and further details) will be given after selection of a designer. The job is pretty straight forward, since we first need to check on "how small or big" a 100ml bottle really is.
