Design and Illustrated a A3 sized Outdoor Community Garden with Mosquitoes Hotspots - repost

Design using illustration, based on a outdoor garden layout showing potential mosquitoes breeding spots such as trapped water in curled-up leaf, plastic containers, water features, drains, gutters, gardening tools. Please note the potential breeding spots as indicated above are the main focus. Please note that multiple changes are expected. If you are unable to co-ordinate with me thru Skype or unable to provide me the changes I require, please do not bid. Please kindly provide past samples of similar designs done. I will need to see a mock-up or past works on similar garden themes - preferably on community-based gardens. Looking at a project budget of SGD12 to no more than SGD30.
