Cartoon Animation Video - start ASAP

IMPORTANT NOTE - read first: A) I am re-posting 2 project due to the failure to deliver by the previously selected provider. I have wasted A LOT of time with some very unprofessional, non-serious so called illustrator/animator, failed to deliver my projects on time and missed deadlines. B) I need this complete ASAP, preferably in 7 days MAX. C) I can pay for it $250 - if you have other suggestion - PM me. If you are not sure whether you can deliver on time and within budget... do NOT bid!!! ******************************************************* ******************************************************** I am looking for a talented illustrator/cartoon artist/animator or group of you for the following project: 1) I would like to have an animated video - cartoon like animation - (sort of commercial) for my website and blog, youtube, viral advertising done. I will provide a script story, the main character + some main character drawings for this project. This is about a fitness/fat loss boot camp for women, hence the story about not being fit and initially having some extra weight, and then getting to my programme, exercising, eating well and at the end she looks gorgeous, lean healthy and trimmed (sample character provided and attached). The full and detailed story board should be provided to the selected bidder. It is supposed to be something that people (women) will like and would like to pass on to their friends and colleagues. Hence, the funnier the better - for good and funny example look at cartoon commercial of Mentos (mentos ad) on youtube - [login to view URL] Cartoon like animation with people, but no people speaking on screen. Some soundtrack… either done by you or may be supplied by my man - but let me know when you bid. NO voice overs. It will last around 60 sec, depending on how you'll portray the story and overall idea. The animation will be required to be delivered in multiple formats (.avi .mov .wmv and maybe others and I am to yet find out what exactly I’ll need) - please confirm you can deliver in these formats. Your suggestions will be welcome.
