Data Entry and design for print auto magazine

We have a print production/data entry project for your consideration. We have a print and online auto magazine With cars and trucks for sale. This project is an ongoing print magazine that comes out every 2 weeks, and we would want you to make changes to our online database for every issue. We would send you scanned printouts of our inventory as well as new handwritten descriptions and a folder full of digital pictures (with picture numbers) to use for updating the database. This would come via FTP or apple idisk (web DAV). We could probably send you hundreds of changes and hundreds of new records every two weeks . The sample provided contains 12 changes and 3 new records on the advertiser data entry page. Some changes will only be 1 field like the price or pix size from big to spare or add a new pix. Others will have more changes New records will never have more than 35 words and 6 pictures, but most will have 20 words and 1 picture. It needs to be checked carefully, All work must be accurate. We use 2 people for proofreading/checking, 1 to read origional and 1 to read data file after it is done. You will recieve scanned pages of handwritten stuff like the sample uploaded files. You will then probably need to print them for data entry and checking. If possible I would also like a shop that could eventually port this data into Quark or Indesign pages. Once the database is done the information flows easily into your page layout program once you know how. We are looking for a long time partner to do this work for every bi-weekly publication. I want to start with small projects and move on to bigger projects with someone who can handle print ad production. How much per hundred record changes or additions (there will always be less than 1/3 new records and at least 2/3 changes/modifcations. Thank you for considering this project.
