Directory design and Mockup

Hello, We are creating country directories for the Energy sector. And we need someone to create the original design and a Mockup of about 15-20 pages. Our first directory will be on Mexico. The directory features : - Forewords by associations, Ministers or Other VIP - Proprietary Articles, including illustrative and VIP pictures, stats, maps etc - Articles written by industry experts - Interviews with Leaders - Advertising (please insert several sizes. We have Double pages, Full pages, double half spread, Junior page, third of page, quarter page. - A who's who - A directory. (both simple company listing by speciality with some companies highlighted and bigger inserts with company description) The Mockup should at least feature: Front Cover 2 pages of Menue and credits + would be good if somehow there were partnerships credits. Editorial, distribution 2 pages of Forewords 2 pages of propriatary article 2 pages of partner article 2 pages of interview 2 pages of who's who 2 pages of directory We have plenty of material, illutration, editorial to do this project.
